We now know that 98% of all data processing of the mind is a subconscious "Bio-neuro-logical" complex that process huge date "Frames" of subconscious data, much of which is Garbage - Garbage-in, garbage-out, just to maintain our neurophysical prowess. *** How I joined Hands with my astonishing Gatekeeper
* I will be attempting to say, what I am about to say in several different Linguistic data formats - Frames: Language, Concept, Visual, and possibly a little Humor. The most fruitful communication forms are: Intentions; true Truths; Emotions, Ideas, Concepts, Music, Humor and Art, Language... Many ideas, I will be attempting to communicate, are like building blocks - and must be held in an "All Inclusive Master Frame" of; WE are NOW "ALL-ONE". This all-one "Social" master Frame will unscramble the morass of our fear-based insanity, and remove the blindfolds of the many Master Controllers we have all become.
** This is a brief description of how I made a willing partner with my internal "straw boss", who has been the trustworthy gatekeeper of: My Act, and my loudest internal voice since time began.. Actually, my gatekeeper has done a remarkable job, just keeping me alive and kicking for many many years - this has been the gift of my Own Word. I finally can acknowledge that Gift; since I am here, safe and unharmed. I found out by acknowledging the role that was played by this silent wonder, I could re-align and synergize these constant mental reminders to help create my true destiny while manifesting a challenging, contrasting, inquisitive, life. A contrast I almost died for - many times. My incessant lists of do's and don'ts have become a "Conscious Inquisitive Wonderment" of the many challenges yet to come. The challenge of using my past history and future destiny to create a contrast that would excite and inspire any journey......
My new "Freedom Gatekeeper" has returned me to a "conscious" creative spark of wonder. Every day, even moment/by moment, seems to be an exciting journey through infinity. Contemplating our infinite Conscious Universe - literally staggers my imagination...... My gate-keeper has become my "Conscious Freedom-keeper" and the "Contrast builder" that maintains this amazing LifeTrek.
*** What I have learned so far, is to spend a few seconds in moments of "now" with my morning shower. I contemplate any earlier emotional conflict, searching for what beliefs, I am holding as real, that have compelled me to get upset or angry, with or without "apparent rational reason". Especially with my most valued treasures, my wife, my kids, and all my loved ones - even the, you-know-who, contrast-builder that lives down the street.
*** Usually, I focus on some absurd, "lie-believed", that inevitably pops into my conscious mind. Whatever the belief, true or false, I simply "re-frame" the thought by judging, to see if the belief is consistant with my "all-one journey" and then let the thought or experience go - consciously and emotionally. By directing my hands and body to relax after three or four deep/deep breaths, I relax and begin a whole new days adventurous journey. In some strange way, these incomplete or conflicting thought forms seem to get complete. And complete the organizational process at the mental and subconscious levels. I am experiencing emotions from remembrance's of days long past that compel me to many adventurous moments of NOW.... I have shifted many of my conflicting problems to curious challenges. I believe this is part of the key to resolving the external/internal conflicts within the mind, body and soul that seem to constantly evolve from conflicting thought and context Frames. I Now consciously shift from "fearful reactions" to "conscious creations"... What a Shift !! - This is my bliss, and sometimes, I even think I am sane....
Another part of the key is the understanding that all anxieties, struggles and conflicts, including every internal and external argument, war, or disease is a manifestations of conflicting "sub-frames and mainframes" within all individuals and groups. The master frame or master context that seems to really unite all people and cooperatives is the - "we are all one" - all inclusive; - love all -- serve all; including, you know who. The disruptive duality Mainframe has served its purpose...
Lesser "context frames" or sub frames are those that conflict with some part of the whole. We now have the opportunity to develop a master frame or main frame that is able to conceptualize the selected frames of reference and immediate sub-experiences as supportive and that each sub frame is perfect for the process and the "fact of life itself". All sub frames are evolving away from subconscious conflict and are becoming perfectly arrayed to reflect the true nature of humanity - emerging in the consciousness that - we are all one Consciousness. Welcome to The Conscious Zone......
Want a limitless mind, a vibrant body that lives for several hundred years, and an aware and gratified consciously evolving spirit on a Journey through infinity ? How to make it an Exciting Adventure
To wake up the giant within the box he has built for himself, all you have to do is show him the keys addressed above and set your sails with the operatives, that no one is left out, no one’s free will gets over run, and everyone has equal gifts, value and respect. Now to keep the giant from falling back to sleep in bliss, it may require the life-giving beauty of contrast and challenge. Rather than challenges that irritate and frustrate, since they are from the subconscious, the idea is to “get conscious “of what challenges support our nature of unconditional love. Rather than an unconscious reaction dimension we can have a “consciously co-creative dimension’ with the bonus of joyful experience with our shipmates. Check it out. If you perceive you are like an eagle with its leg chained to a rock, re-invent, re-contextualize, re frame, until you see you are about to take flight and there is only the illusion or nightmare of a chain. You wake up from the dream and soar. The you or me reality is in the past. The you and me reality is a conscious creation and a destiny unfolding. Now this is the understanding that allowed me to give up the idea that problems were part of the game of life and so, guess what, life became a perpetual unfolding of problems, aka contests and conflicts…
There is a time that the edge we live on, to keep mentally astute, physically in condition, and spiritually questing will not be held in place by survival and war game adventures. The time is actually at hand to hold that place as self-determined accessibility. We from that vantage point can look back on the wonderful years it took to come to the realization we are in it together and all the drama was terrifically fun, but not in our best interests anymore, since it is obvious to us, we are all one. When we pretend to be opposites, it may be fun to capture your opponents and play a game to defeat another, but when you see your are hurting another aspect of yourself, the gig is up . War is obsolete and so is hate, fear, jealousy, poverty, death, hunger, sickness, and greed.. So is victimization, for the opportunity dawns that form the awareness provided by having value for all, you see that what you declare becomes the way it is. You have become an adventurer for benevolence and all you can do is watch the miracles happen while you gasp for breath in joy and gratitude. There really is no way back to sleep, just like there is no way back to not seeing the distinction once you have been shown the optical illusion in the drawing of the lamp shade and the lady. It can’t be undone. So happy sailing along the horizon of contrast - the unforgettable past and treasures of impetus that allow us to see the present as the miraculous now of conscious creation.

JUST SAY "YES" - AND LET THE ADVENTURE BEGIN.
Step One - you have begun: Make an agreement with yourself to never "Do or Say" Anything that will damage or adversely effect Yourself, Others, or Planet Earth. All your thoughts and actions must be consistant with "Your Absolute Integrity" - that's who you really are - "ABSOLUTE INTEGRITY". "GET IT" You are "Unconditional Love". AND ITS TIME YOU GET THAT !!!!
Step Two - just for You: You must reprogram your "Fear-based Operating System" to be consistant with the adventerious journey you are Now on. Your will shift from a Fear based "UNCONSCIOUS REACTIONARY" to a "Love based ""CONSCIOUS CREATOR"". Shifting from an "Unconscious Reactor to a "CONSCIOUS CREATOR" will be an awesome experience of Self discovery. Set a clear intention to unscramble your fear-based operating system.
Step Three - include Me: You must unscramble your minds "operating-system". Think of your operating-system as a group of experiences, thoughts, beliefs and ideas that you hold, in your mind, as "What's So". These groupings of data are now referred to as "Frames " - UCSD. These Frames become "Beliefs" until verified by factual experiences. your brain tries to organize these "Beliefs" so that they are all consistant with each other and form a harmonious consistant data base. This is probably not how your Brain/Mind NOW functions. "Garbage in - Garbage out" !!
*** Data received by young minds tends to be stored in Memory as "ABSOLUTE Reality" - Especially data received by assertive parents and authority figures. This "reality-believed Data" will Stiffly the young inquisitive mind. If the mind knows or believes something, it tends to loose "curiosity" around that idea, and it quenches the power of our "Inquisitive-Nature". If the data is associated with harsh or strict compliance, emotional energy will become a major factor in the organization of the brain/mind functioning and Will cause Fear, Anxiety, and Irrational Behavior. *** Spend a few moments Each day in - "Your Now"... Take a few deep breaths and - relax...... Now let your conscious mind reflect on an earlier event that caused "confect" within YOU.... ( Anger, Fear, etc..) NOW.... think of a Belief, Thought, Experience, or Idea that You HOLD as "True and/or Dynamic"...........
1) Reexamine this outstanding ""thought-feeling"" and see if it really is serving You-Now... Is there a "Lie Believed" ??? - Reexamine this "Belief from your past" - is it really serving "Your Now-Truth" ??? If your not sure "Re-Frame" the thought to "Uncertainty" - be willing to live in the Question. "Niel Donald Walsch"
2) Is there a "Dynamic: Un-communicated Emotion or Feeling"?? if so, communicate that thought - For Completion. Use the telephone or write a letter to yourself to complete Your-thought and your new Mind-set - Frame.
3) Life Trek YOU can be your coach if you so choose.... The cost to you may be you "now" petty life style...
Step Four - don't become a bore. If you wake up in the middle of the night, other people may still be sleeping. Your Life will soon be so exciting, you won't want to sleep much, so have mercy on you fellow travelers. They will soon awaken - with or without your coaching.
****1) Align yourself to the Highest "Main Frame" you can muster. We suggest "A World that Works for EVERYONE" - With NO-ONE and NO-THING Left Out !!! Especially YOUR Self..... If you have a better Vision, let us know, we thrive new Ideas. - thank you Bucky
****2) Your VISION must be in "total" agreement with who you "Who You Really ARE". If you were a frog, trying to live on snake or a Zen master, trying to coach a frog - lots of luck. If the "Operating System" is built on any false or conflicting ideas, the mind will be irrational, self defeating, and depart from truth and Integrity, and basically be insane and powerless to really have a positive effect on life.
The people of the "Hunza" civilization all have healthy energetic bodies and minds. The average life expectancy is a healthy vibrant 120 years -1968. Their society has lived for centuries almost totally isolated from modern civilizations, technology, and drugs.
They are free of disease, anger, fear, and wars. They all have healthy vibrant bodies with perfect teeth and perfect 20 - 20 vision.
